Product Description
The K115025 is a Type 1, 1-1/2 Leg weld-on adapter manufactured for compatible legacy Kmax K25 Series bucket tooth systems. It provides the mounting nose for replaceable K25 tooth profiles and is normally retained with a KP25C pin assembly.
Historical Kmax specifications list a nominal 30-degree lip bevel, a main body length of approximately 237–238 mm and a nominal weight of approximately 12.4–12.5 kg. The original lip reference is 1.50 inches, equal to approximately 38.1 mm, while some later metric catalogs group the adapter under 40 mm. The production drawing and actual bucket-lip thickness must therefore be checked before welding.
K25 Series components were used on excavator and wheel-loader buckets in construction, quarry and material-handling applications. Later system cross-reference guides associate the K25/P025 size class with PC220–PC270 and WA480 equipment classes. These machine references are indicative only and do not guarantee that a particular bucket uses K115025.
This product is supplied as an aftermarket replacement unless genuine origin is specifically documented in the quotation. Komatsu, Hensley, Kmax and associated reference numbers are used solely for identification and compatibility reference.
