K112520 K20 Kmax-Compatible Type 1 Weld-On Bucket Adapter

The K112520 is a Type 1, 1-1/2 Leg weld-on bucket adapter manufactured for compatible legacy Kmax K20 Series tooth systems. It provides the mounting nose for replaceable K20 tooth points and is normally used with a KP20C pin assembly.

Historical Kmax specifications list a nominal adapter weight of approximately 8.2 kg, an overall reference length of 209 mm and a 30-degree lip bevel. The nominal lip reference is 1.25 inches; published metric tables vary between 30 mm and 31.7 mm. The actual bucket lip thickness, bevel preparation, adapter slot and tooth alignment must therefore be checked before welding.

K20 Series systems were used across a range of excavator and wheel-loader buckets. Historical cross-reference guides associate this system size with PC150–PC210 and WA320–WA470 machine classes, but machine model alone does not confirm fitment. Bucket manufacturer, lip design, adapter spacing and previous GET conversions must also be considered.
