Ningbo Yasheng Casting Industry Co., Ltd., or Yassian, was founded in 2002. Now We are one of the famous manufacturer of Ground Engaging Tools parts in China.
 
Our self-manufactured G.E.T products are suitable for many kinds of construction and mining machines like Excavator, Motor grader, Bulldozer, Scraper, and etc. We also design and produce pins and locks, bolt and nuts to match teeth and blades.
 
We use materials from the world's largest steel plant and other top suppliers to make our products.
 
Yassian's products have been exported to more than 80 countries including USA, Canada, Russia, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iran, Malaysia,  Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Columbia and so on.
 
Yassian has about 150 emplyee. Most of them are in factory production department. We have a technical and quality team of 8 engineers for product development and quality control.

HISTORY OF YASSIAN

2002

Factory founded in HengXi Town, Ningbo, Zhejiang near the Shanghai City. The original 6000 sq ft site, Original specialization in casting industry fild, the name YaSheng Casting Ltd.

2005

We began to relate to the foreign trade, becomes the first China manufacturer to make heat-treated blades for domestic and overseas customers.

2007

Establishment of Research & Development (R&D) department, We focus product quality dontrol, and certificated ISO 9001 system.

2009

Establishment of overseas branch offices in CBD South of Ningbo, Zhejiang. For the first time the amount of exports over four million dollars

2010

We have registered the new brand, YASSIAN®. Significant capital is invested in equipment and buildings aimed at better servicing the construction and mining markets.

2011

We established a network marketing department, responsible for the company’s e-commerce operation. Integration of the company’s network of sales channels. YASSIAN eCommerce begins!

2012

We actively participate in various industry exhibition. inclued: BAUMA CHINA, Munich, MineXPO USA, M&T, PERUMIN, INTERMAT, EXPOMIN, etc.

2013

We improve our quality system and service system. We offer 24-hour service, improve our overall level of service.

2015

For the first time the amount of sales over ten million dollars. We have updated a lot of machinery and equipment, including the new heat treatment furnace.

2016

After more than 15 years, we continue to grow and adapt to best suit the needs of our customers in over 30 countries.

2018

The factory has built a 3,000-square-meter factory with two new heat treatment furnaces and other foundry equipment. The number of workers has increased by 30.
We participated in the M&T EXP PART OF BAUMA NETWORK exhibition.
 

2020

We participated in the exhibition of Bauma China 2020

2021

Through our own engineering department, R & D quality, we develop pioneer cutting edge and bucket teeth products around the world with our own Tungsten carbide embedding technology.
