A443XS145 is a centre weld-on bucket adapter assembly used in selected large mining excavator bucket configurations. It forms the connection between the bucket lip and the replaceable tooth point in a Hensley XS145 ground-engaging system. This product is offered as an aftermarket replacement and is not represented as an original Komatsu or Hensley component.

MyKomatsu identifies A443XS145 as a Hensley GET centre weld-on adapter assembly for a nominal 120 mm plate lip and a 200-ton machine application. The same source states that 443XS145 is the current replacement reference for A443XS145 and that the adapter uses a WC145HX wear cap.

The photographed component has two extended mounting legs separated by a wide slot that fits over the applicable bucket lip. The forward section forms the adapter nose and includes a transverse opening associated with the tooth-retention system.
