Product Description
The K40RP2 is a replaceable rock penetrator tooth point for wheel-loader buckets equipped with a compatible Kmax 40 Series adapter system. The RP2 profile places additional wear material along the lower working surface while maintaining a streamlined shape for penetration into blasted rock, crushed aggregate and compacted material.
Historical Kmax specifications identify the K40RP2 with an overall length of approximately 327–328 mm, a nominal weight of 18.1 kg and a KP40C reusable hammerless fastener. The replaceable design allows worn tooth points to be changed without replacing the complete bucket adapter.
The K40RP2 has historically been associated with selected WA500 and WA500 HD bucket configurations. However, machine model alone is not sufficient to confirm compatibility. Buyers should verify the existing tooth number, K40 adapter profile, locking system, pocket dimensions and bucket configuration before ordering.
This product is supplied as an aftermarket Kmax-compatible replacement. Material grade, hardness, production tolerances, coating, custom marking and packaging should be confirmed in the approved quotation or technical drawing.
