XS145RPL Rock Penetrator Long Tooth for XS145 Mining System

The XS145RPL is a replaceable mining bucket tooth designed for compatible Hensley-style XS145 Extreme Service adapters.

The RPL profile stands for Rock Penetrator Long. Its extended, relatively narrow working profile concentrates digging force toward the front of the tooth, helping the bucket enter hard, compacted and abrasive material more efficiently than a wide general-purpose profile.

With a published reference weight of approximately 92.5 kg, the XS145RPL is intended for large mining bucket applications where penetration, wear volume and resistance to heavy loading are important.

The tooth is installed on a compatible XS145 adapter and secured using the appropriate XS145P-series locking fastener. Reusable XS145PX or XS145PC fasteners are commonly associated with the system, while XS145PS is identified as a non-reusable slag-service fastener.
