LSWB8 is a weld-on mounting base used within selected J-Bolt bucket lip shroud systems. Public distribution information identifies the part as a “Welded Base” or “Weld Base J Bolt” and associates it with the Hensley GET J-Bolt system. Products supplied under this listing are aftermarket replacement parts and are not represented as genuine Hensley or Komatsu components.

The base is installed on the bucket lip beneath a compatible mechanically retained lip shroud. During installation, the shroud is positioned against the bucket lip so that the correct base location can be established. The weld base engages with the receiving area of the shroud and is welded to the lip according to the applicable installation procedure. The lip shroud is then retained through the corresponding J-Bolt fastening arrangement.
