The LS3001600J, LS3001700JL and LS3001700JR product group consists of three direction-specific bucket lip shrouds. LS3001600J is the centre version, LS3001700JL is the left-hand version, and LS3001700JR is the right-hand version. These identifiers are used for compatibility identification within the Hensley GET J-Bolt lip-shroud system. Products supplied under this listing are aftermarket replacement parts and are not represented as genuine Komatsu or Hensley components.

Lip shrouds are installed over exposed portions of a bucket lip to reduce direct contact between the structural lip and abrasive material. The J-Bolt system uses a mechanically retained shroud together with a mounting base initially welded to the bucket lip. This configuration allows the replaceable wear component to be removed without cutting the complete shroud from the bucket. Installation, welding and tightening must follow the applicable technical instructions and worksite safety procedures.

Available reference information associates this LS300 product group with a nominal 3-inch, approximately 80 mm, lip arrangement. LSWB8 and SFA1J4 are related mounting-system references. These references do not mean that a weld base, J-Bolt, nut or other mounting component is included. Required installation parts must be specified separately in the quotation and purchase order.

The product photograph shows three yellow-painted wear parts with broad rounded front surfaces, rear mounting arms, recessed holes and underside engagement openings. An integrated lifting eye is visible on one component. LS300-series raised markings can also be seen. The photograph does not provide a dimensional scale and should not be used to determine unit weight, material grade, hardness or heat treatment.

Compatibility must be confirmed from the bucket configuration rather than the machine model alone.
