The LS3001600J is a centre lip shroud designed for use in a compatible J-bolt bucket-lip protection system. Installed across the centre section of the bucket’s front lip, the component provides a replaceable wear surface between the bucket structure and the handled material. It is intended for ground-engaging applications where the exposed lip requires additional protection during loading, digging and material-handling work.

The part is also written as LS300-1600J. The product shown has a broad working face, raised longitudinal mounting section, recessed opening near the rear and a visible LS300-1600J identification marking. The photographed sample has a yellow-coated surface. Loose mounting hardware and weld bases are not shown.

Published system references associate LS3001600J with a nominal 3-inch lip configuration, an LSWB8 weld base and an SFA1J4 J-bolt assembly. In this arrangement, the mounting base is welded to the bucket lip and the replaceable shroud is mechanically retained on the base.
