Product Description
The 6G-4525 drawbar wear strip is a replaceable wear component used in the drawbar circle system of selected Cat® motor graders. Installed between mating components in the circle support area, it provides a sacrificial sliding surface that helps reduce friction and protects more expensive structural parts from direct wear.
This aftermarket replacement is produced from a cast copper alloy and machined to the required contact profile. The material combines suitable bearing characteristics with resistance to repeated sliding contact, making the strip suitable for grader circle adjustment and wear-control applications.
Part number 282-6624 is commonly associated with 6G-4525 in aftermarket catalogs and has the same published 320 mm nominal length and core G-series application range. Because fitment can depend on machine serial number, circle arrangement and previous repairs, buyers should verify the existing part number and critical profile dimensions before ordering.
The black nylon strip 333-0960 may be used in related drawbar applications but is a different material specification and should not be treated as the same bronze product.
