Product Description
The core function of the bucket tooth
1. Digging and cutting materials
When in operation, the bucket teeth first cut into materials such as soil, sand, gravel and rock from the tooth tips. Through cutting, crushing and grasping, they achieve efficient excavation and load the materials into the bucket.
2. Protect the bucket body
As a sacrificial component, the bucket teeth bear the main wear and impact force during operation, preventing direct damage to the main structure of the bucket and extending the overall service life of the bucket.
3. Reduce maintenance costs
It adopts a split design (tooth seat + tooth tip). After wear, only the tooth tip part needs to be replaced, without the need to replace the entire part, which significantly reduces maintenance costs and downtime.
4. Adapt to complex working conditions
For different material characteristics (such as frozen soil and rock strata), dedicated bucket teeth (such as eagle-beak bucket hooks) can be replaced to enhance the crushing efficiency on hard foundations.
