A Review of Core Components Technology of CAT320 GX Hydraulic Excavator
1. Power system accessories
C4.4ACERT engine: It adopts an electronic control module (ECM) and a common rail fuel system, and is equipped with a three-stage filtration device (fuel pre-filtration/fine filtration/oil-water separation), with a power output of 129kW, meeting the National IV emission standards for non-road vehicles in China.
Hydraulic pump assembly: Variable axial piston pump with intelligent pressure compensation valve, flow regulation accuracy ±2%, working pressure up to 34.5MPa, supports rapid switching of multiple attachments.
2. Hydraulic circuit components
Main control valve group: Load-sensitive 7-way valve, integrated overload protection and regeneration circuit, valve core travel detection accuracy 0.1mm, oil temperature adaptation range -30℃ to 80℃.
Hydraulic cylinder: The chrome-plated piston rod adopts laser cladding technology, and the sealing parts are made of polyurethane + aramid fiber composite material, with a durability test of up to 200,000 cycles.
3. Structural components and wear-resistant systems
X-shaped chassis reinforcing beam: Made of HG785D high-strength steel plate, the welds have been tested by ultrasonic flaw detection, and the hardness of the track plate reaches HB450-500.
Bucket assembly (optional)
Rock bucket: Compatible with 45MnB alloy steel bucket teeth, the impact resistance of a single tooth seat is ≥150kJ
Dredging hopper: Volume 1.2m³, with anti-sticking coating, side blade plate thickness 25mm
4. Intelligent monitoring module
Cat® Electronic Monitoring System: Equipped with 8 vibration sensors and 2 oil quality probes, it can transmit 12 parameters such as fuel consumption rate and hydraulic oil particulate matter content in real time to the Cat® LINK platform.
5. Maintenance kit
The original factory filter set (PN: 256-5892) includes an air filter, an oil filter, and a hydraulic return oil filter. It uses nanofiber medium and increases the dust holding capacity by 40%.
Quick connector (optional) : Hydraulic locking design, switching time < 30 seconds, certified by ISO 13031-2018.
