Product Description
Triple inspection standards for bucket tooth materials
The testing standard system for bucket tooth materials mainly focuses on three core dimensions: chemical composition, mechanical properties, and geometric dimensions and appearance, covering the following three key tests:
Material chemical composition testing : Through spectral analysis or chemical analysis methods, verify the content and uniform distribution of alloying elements (such as carbon, manganese, chromium, molybdenum), and screen for non-metallic inclusions and banded microstructure defects.
Example: The proportion deviation of alloying elements shall comply with the GB/T 4336-2002 standard, and the inclusion rating shall be based on ASTM E45.
Mechanical property testing : including hardness testing (such as HRC, HBW or HV), tensile strength, impact toughness and wear resistance tests.
For example: surface hardness gradient control (HRC 52-55), Charpy pendulum impact test (KV2≥40J), and wear resistance test to quantify the wear amount.
Geometric dimensions and appearance inspection : Use tools such as a three-coordinate measuring machine to verify dimensional tolerances (e.g., pitch error ≤±0.05mm), and inspect surface cracks, pores and other defects through visual inspection or low-power magnifying glass.
The judgment criterion refers to ISO 1328-1:2013, and the dimensional deviation must be within the tolerance range of the drawing.
