The testing standard system for bucket tooth materials mainly focuses on three core dimensions: chemical composition, mechanical properties, and geometric dimensions and appearance, covering the following three key tests:

Material chemical composition testing ‌ : Through spectral analysis or chemical analysis methods, verify the content and uniform distribution of alloying elements (such as carbon, manganese, chromium, molybdenum), and screen for non-metallic inclusions and banded microstructure defects.

Example: The proportion deviation of alloying elements shall comply with the GB/T 4336-2002 standard, and the inclusion rating shall be based on ASTM E45.

Mechanical property testing ‌ : including hardness testing (such as HRC, HBW or HV), tensile strength, impact toughness and wear resistance tests.
