Product Description
Quality Inspection standards and Specifications for Bucket Teeth of Construction Machinery
The following is the core standard and specification system for the quality inspection of bucket teeth in construction machinery, compiled based on the latest national and industry standards:
I. Core Quality Inspection Standard System
Current national standard
GB/T 25628-2023
The latest general standard for bucket teeth is applicable to all types of cast bucket teeth for earthmoving machinery such as excavators, loaders and bulldozers, covering term definitions, classifications, technical requirements and inspection rules.
Test method : Referenced standards include:
Mechanical properties : GB/T 228.1 (tensile), GB/T 229 (impact toughness), GB/T 230.1 (rockwell hardness)
Defect detection : GB/T 6414 (classification of casting defects)
Substitution relationship : replaced GB/T 25628-2010 (abolished).
Industry-specific standard
JG/T 90-1999
Classification standards for bucket teeth of hydraulic excavators, regulating the types and size series of tooth tips, tooth seats and side tooth seats.
JB/T 5959-1991 (abolished)
The technical conditions of the original loader bucket teeth should now refer to the general requirements of GB/T 25628-2023.
Ii. Key Quality Inspection Items and Specifications
Test category test item standard basis
Material properties chemical composition verification spectral analysis (GB/T 25628-2023)
Hardness tests: GB/T 230.1, GB/T 231.1
Mechanical properties tensile/flexural strength GB/T 228.1
Impact toughness GB/T 229
Geometric accuracy dimensional tolerance measuring tools (GB/T 25628-2023)
Analysis of tooth tip wear pattern and simulation of wear testing machine
Connection reliability inspection of tooth seat fit clearance and assembly tolerance
Load simulation test of shear strength of pin shafts/bolts
Defect control surface crack, porosity visual/low-power magnifying glass (GB/T 6414)
Ultrasonic testing for internal inclusions
Iii. Dynamic Monitoring and Cutting-edge Technologies
Real-time wear warning system : monitor the shedding and wear of bucket teeth through image recognition technology, and optimize the replacement cycle in combination with GB/T 44255-2024 energy consumption test method.
Verification of tooth tip strengthening process : New technologies such as laser cladding need to pass GB/T 531.1 (hardness test) and wear comparison test certification.
Iv. Execution and Traceability Requirements
Batch management : Each batch of bucket teeth must retain the original data of material report (spectral analysis) and mechanical property test.
Marking specification : product packaging shall be marked with standard number (GB/T 25628), material code and production date.
Old parts recycling : the feasibility of remanufacturing of worn bucket teeth shall be evaluated in accordance with GB/T 12362 standard.
