Is the 39R17 bucket tooth suitable for all models of excavators

The 39R17 bucket tooth ‌ is not suitable for all models of excavators ‌. Its compatibility is subject to three restrictions: model tonnage, tooth seat interface and working scenarios, as follows:

️ I. tonnage limitations of aircraft models

Only compatible with ‌15-30 ton medium and small excavators ‌, especially micro excavators or compact equipment:

Kubota KX161-3‌ : the 39-section track structure matches the bucket tooth specifications and is suitable for lightweight earthwork ‌;

55 Lovol 18S micro excavator ‌ : Outstanding performance in excavation efficiency and wear resistance in actual measurement ‌;

Liugong 908‌ : the 39-section track chassis design is compatible with this bucket tooth model ‌.

Large excavators (such as those over 30 tons) cannot be compatible with the 39R17 specification ‌ due to the increased demand for bucket tooth size (length exceeding 300mm).

2. Differences in the interface of the gear seat

The type of ‌ pin shaft and the hole diameter ‌ of the tooth seat must be strictly matched:

Vertical pin structure ‌ : compatible with some models of Hitachi series (such as ZX220), the pin hole direction is perpendicular to the bucket wall ‌;

Horizontal pin structure ‌ : compatible with some models of Komatsu and caterpillar series (such as PC200), the pin hole horizontally passes through the tooth seat ‌;

Before installation, it is necessary to check the original factory gear seat specifications of the equipment; otherwise, it will cause abnormal wear or detachment ‌.

Applicable scenarios ‌ : Excavation of loose materials such as earth, sand, gravel, etc., as the design of the bucket teeth focuses on filling efficiency and wear resistance ‌;

Rock mining (special rock teeth required, tooth tip Angle 45°-60°) ‌;

High-strength hard rock fragmentation (prone to fracture) ‌.
