Design Specification for High-Pressure Hydraulic Filter System
As the pressure rating of the hydraulic system of construction machinery exceeds 45MPa, filters are facing more stringent reliability requirements. Based on the ISO 4406-2017 standard and in combination with the latest technical white paper of Bosch Rexroth, this article systematically expounds the key points of design in high-pressure environments.

1. Material selection
The shell should be made of forged aluminum AL 6082-T6 (tensile strength ≥310MPa) or stainless steel 316L
The filter material should preferably be glass fiber composite membrane (β₅≥1000), and the burst pressure should be ≥1.5 times the maximum pressure of the system
2. Structural optimization
Installation torque specification for spin-on type design (60±5N·m for M20 thread)
The opening pressure of the built-in bypass valve is set at 0.35±0.02MPa
3. Performance verification
Passed 100,000 pressure pulse tests (25-45 mpa cycles)
Dirt-holding capacity ≥15g/cm³ (tested in accordance with ISO 16889 standard)
