The 6th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Trenchless Technology Development Forum and Exhibition 2025 - New Materials and New Equipment Display

This forum and exhibition will be held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (Futian district) from September 4th to 6th, 2025, focusing on "Innovation and Sustainable Development of Trenchless Technology" and "Intelligent Technology and Green Construction". Thermoplastic material applications ‌ : such as modified polyurea and polyurethane grouting materials, used for trenchless pipe repair, providing rapid curing, corrosion resistance and environmental protection characteristics, suitable for anti-seepage and structural reinforcement of drainage systems ‌. These materials are applied efficiently through in-situ spraying (SIPP), significantly enhancing the efficiency and economy of pipeline repair ‌.

Green composite materials ‌ : including new thermoplastic polymer materials, promoting low-carbon transformation, reducing the environmental impact of construction, and suitable for the overall repair of municipal drainage pipes ‌.

New equipment display ‌ :

Trenchless construction equipment ‌ : including horizontal directional drilling machines, shield machines and ultraviolet curing equipment, used for pipeline laying and repair to enhance the accuracy and safety of the project ‌.

Intelligent detection equipment ‌ : such as pipeline detectors, pipe gallery robots and GIS systems, to achieve real-time monitoring and data analysis of pipe networks, facilitating intelligent operation and maintenance ‌.

Municipal special vehicles ‌ : including cleaning equipment such as dredging vehicles and silt removal vehicles, to optimize the maintenance efficiency of urban infrastructure ‌.

Interactive experience Area ‌ : Set up popular science demonstrations on underground pipeline detection and repair as well as practical operations on construction safety, such as on-site simulation of polyurea spraying and grouting technology, to enhance the audience's sense of participation and technical understanding ‌.

The exhibition is hosted by the Guangdong Trenchless Technology Association and jointly organized by over 20 authoritative domestic and international institutions, providing a platform for cooperation among industry, academia and research, and promoting the formulation of industry standards and technological upgrading ‌.
