Precision up to ±0.1mm
Suitable for complex contour cutting
Typical cutting thickness ≤30mm
High equipment investment but outstanding efficiency
Plasma Cutting:
Suitable for medium-thick plates (10-50mm)
Faster cutting speed
Larger heat-affected zone
Die-Cutting Process:
Ideal for high-volume production
High mold cost but low per-unit cost
Suitable for simple geometric shapes
Corrosion Die-Cutting Process:
Used for special-shaped blades (e.g., serrated)
Formed through chemical etching
High precision but relatively high cost
