Caterpillar style bolt on segment for a Caterpillar 980 Front End Loader. This is a double beveled reversible bucket segment that is 1.1875” thick, 14.1719” wide and 12.5” in length. It takes 2 of a 1 1/4” X 4 1/4” (125X425) plow bolt and 2 of a 1 1/4” (125 HEX NUT) hex nut. The bolt hole spacing is 7.28” from center to center of the bolt holes, and 2.61” when measured from the edge of the bucket cutting edge to the center of the first hole.

Segments each have a separate center, as well as separate left-hand and right-hand profiles to account for spade base edges.

BUCKET AND EDGE PROTECTION
Half Arrows – Weld-on half-arrow edges protect the bucket structure by adding more wear material to the base edge, and they will fit older Cat buckets. The can be used to customize loader buckets. For example, they can be used as sidecutters on bucket side bars to improve penetration, or welded between bucket teeth to reduce scalloping.
Top Mounted Wear Plates (or, Top Covers) – Complement the half arrows to fully protect the base edge
