NiHard, white iron + manganese castings Grizzly Bars
We produce a variety of iron and steel castings manufactured from specific metal grades to meet your wear resistance needs. From NiHard and white iron to manganese abrasion resistant castings, the chemical composition and heat treatment of the alloy will determine the metal type, hardness and physical properties of the metal grade.
According to your application and operating condition, a variety of other alloys may be added to the mixture, such as molybdenum, nickel, chrome, manganese, carbon and silicone to produce specific metal grades:
• NiHard 1, 2 and 4 standard grades range from 500 HB – 630 HB
• White iron high Cr standard grades range from 600 HB – 650 HB
• Manganese standard grades range from 450 HB Work hardened.
